Our History

Al Badr Contracting Company L.L.C. was established in the year 1970 in Dubai. Born to bear civil constructions, in a family with full of respects and goodwill in this construction field, possessing Block Factories and Building Materials supplies chains.

We were involved in different private and government projects of up to Ground + 1, during the early years of start and we had been offered to construct large number of Low cost villas offered to Nationals by M/S Ruler’s office.

Growing up with experience and confidence, we switched our efforts to bigger jobs in high scale and paved our way in the market with more and more efforts.

Compiling goodwill of fame and correctness and experience, made us to go for projects   with more responsibilities and risks, so that we had established our sister company as “AL BADOOR BUILDING CONTRACTING COMPANY” in Sharjah in the year 1990.

Following this success and hardships, we expanded our level of licence limits with higher buildings upto G+4 from the period 1993.

In the year 1997 due to our hard-working years and good experience in different fields of construction and too much activity for participation of multi level projects we were raised to G+8 Stage and with our continues efforts ,we finally achieved to obtain to the limit for  capable of constructing upto G+12 level projects.

Within our range of activities, we have been involved in a quite large number of projects such as multi-storey residential and commercial Buildings, Hotel Apartments, Furnished apartments, Sheds, Factories, Warehouse, Pre-engineered structured Steel projects, Villas, Schools, Hospitals, etc. and built up a good reputation for ourselves out of it and ultimately we have been provided for building projects to unlimited levels since 2003.

We have especially constructed some of the prestigious projects like Hotel Apartments, Furnished Apartments, Commercial and Residential Towers in Dubai as where we are the pioneers in construction and achieved a good reputations in TECOM , DSOA and DM Authorities.
